'Castle Club' - Our wrap around care provision
Please note children must be booked in at least 24 hours in advance.
Our Breakfast and After School Club (BASC) has been awarded a 5 star rating for its cleanliness and food handling/hygiene which is the highest award from the local council environmental health inspectors.
Breakfast Club (£5.00 per session - One Cost)
Includes a breakfast of cereal, toast and fruit juice.
Monday-Friday
7:30am – 8:40am
After School Club (£10.00 per session - One Cost)
Includes a hot snack, healthy nibbles and a fruit juice.
Monday

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of any session, failure to do so will result in a charge being made. To cancel a booking, please contact the school office.
Information and Forms
To help with your childcare costs you may be able to claim Family Tax Credit. Here is the number that you will need to complete your claim 118578 (dated September 2008). For more information contact Family Tax Credit directly on 0845 300 3900, or Kent Children's Information Service on 08000 32 32 30, Monday-Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, or email them on kentcis@kent.gov.uk.

Terms and conditions
Entrance
Children must be dropped off and collected at the Castle Club Entrance, to the right of the school office by the Key Stage 2 playground.
Bookings
Bookings must be made via the Arbor Parent App
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking, although in the unusual event of a last-minute booking, that can be accommodated, payment must be made on collection of your child. There is no discount for any child that attends clubs. If you build up a debt without making provision to pay us we reserve the right to exclude your child(ren) from our club and will take necessary steps to reclaim the debt.
Behaviour
We expect all children to follow our school behaviour policy - if a child's behaviour is of concern you will be contacted and we reserve the right to exclude the child from further attending the club - this includes behaviour during the school day.
Late pickup from After school club
Please ensure you collect your child(ren) promptly for the session booked. Children collected after the pre booked time, will be charged into the next price bracket. If you are running late please contact the After school club directly so that arrangement can be made. Late collections (after 6pm) are subject to late fees at the rate of £5 for the first 15minutes and 50p per minute thereafter.
Complaints
Complaints are uncommon, we do however, take the ones we receive very seriously. In the first instance please talk to a member of the Castle After school club, if they are unable to deal with your complaint then please contact a member of senior school staff - who can be contacted through the school office.
